2. Freight Carriage Liability

Proprietary algorithms and data visualization tools remain the intellectual property of All Win Supply Chain Inc. You're granted a non-exclusive license for internal business use only. Don't share sensitive logistics data with non-authorized third parties.
4. Governance and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration in Denver, CO, 80202. We've chosen this jurisdiction to ensure a fair, centralized legal process for all global operations.
